UK domestic shipping

Please see individual listings for information on lead times and delivery. All items under £100 are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed for, whilst all orders over £100 are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The tracking number for your purchase will be sent out with your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch if you have any questions or require different methods of shipping. 

EU shipping

Now that the UK has (sadly) left the EU, many EU countries now highly tax customers for receiving goods from the UK. Please be aware that you may need to pay additional tax on receipt of your parcel in the destination country.

Rest of the World

A flat rate of £10 will be charged for each parcel sent out to non-EU countries outside of the UK. Each order is sent out via Royal Mail tracked international shipping, and a tracking number will be sent to you in a confirmation email. Please note that I cannot replace parcels that have not been delivered due to an issue with the address, however if you experience a problem with international shipping, please do get in touch.

Returns

As every piece of jewellery is handmade to order, it are non-refundable. However, for all items other than earrings, you are able to exchange it for a different item (turnaround time will apply), or a gift card within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be returned in perfect condition, with postage charged to you, before this can take place. Please contact me via email to discuss this. 

Bespoke pieces are made uniquely for you and I will work with you to design a piece, showing you images along the way, which means they non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Each and every item is made by hand, so there will naturally be maker’s marks and imperfections - this is the beauty of purchasing hand-crafted jewellery, and it's what makes each piece unique. However, if there is a genuine fault please get in touch so I can arrange a replacement for you.
